Funny Sign Store is the retail storefront for PCSCP, a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in professionally printed and laminated novelty and warning signs.
All laminated signs offered through this store are designed, printed, and finished in-house at our Feasterville-Trevose, Pennsylvania, facility. Our process is built to deliver clean, durable, easy-to-read signage that arrives ready for immediate use.
Step 1: Design & Layout
Each sign begins with an original layout created for maximum readability and visual impact. We use bold headers, high-contrast typography, and clean spacing to ensure the message is easy to see from a distance.
Designs are reviewed for clarity, print quality, and overall presentation before moving into production.
Step 2: Professional Printing
Approved designs are printed in-house by PCSCP using high-quality materials selected for sharp detail and consistent color reproduction.
We print on premium cardstock to provide a sturdy base that maintains a professional appearance when displayed on doors, walls, gates, and other surfaces.
Step 3: Permanent Lamination
After printing, each sign is permanently sealed in thick protective lamination. This process helps:
Our standard laminated signs feature an approximate finished thickness of 20 mil, providing a durable yet lightweight result suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Step 4: Precision Finishing
Each laminated sign is trimmed to its final size (approximately 11.5" x 9") and prepared for easy installation.
A centered mounting hole is added to allow quick hanging. Customers may add additional mounting holes if their specific application requires it.
Step 5: Quality Check & Fulfillment
Before shipment, signs are visually inspected to confirm print clarity, lamination quality, and overall finish.
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Pennsylvania, typically within one business day, so customers receive their signs quickly and ready to display.
